Don’t be afraid of being healthy

Don’t be afraid to make changes for a healthier you. You are worth it. If your body is your “home”, you cannot shift house. You take great care of your house. Honestly, nobody has more influence on your body and health than you.

As humans, our desire and motivation for better health is at its highest in desperation and inspiration. Desperate to get well again or inspired by another person’s health story. I used to be like most people, taking action only after a health crisis has visited me and my family members. Now I’m with the happy minority who have an active plan to keep up and improve health. Which would you rather choose now? Take action at the point of desperation or inspiration? You can make this choice in advance.

I’m Terence and my story is one that you might be able to relate. I had 22 different health concerns and issues, was very weak and on the verge of a health crisis due to my personal denial of my health status. I learned a ton of information, started some new healthy habits and took several courses. All my health issues are gone now (without any drugs), I’m lighter and enjoy life much much more. I’m more confident as a daddy in guiding my children to be in great health. (I write about and share my full health story on another page.)

I’m writing a health book to include a broad scope of understanding health. Most books go into a specific area and dive deep, mine is the opposite. I planned to write this for my own family as a super summary of all my research, experience and study.

My hope for you is that you will develop greater hope that you too can enjoy an improved health status, you and your entire family. As you read all kinds of stories and meet people who get healed from their health conditions, hope will arise in you.

Is hope enough?

Hope + no plan = No change in health status.

Hope + a plan + not carrying out the plan = No change in health status.

Hope + a plan + carrying out the plan = A greater hope and a better health status.

When you make a plan, ensure that it makes sense and that it is based on truth. There is a simple way to know the probability that something is true versus something that is untrue.
